EOBA have completed a number of major projects for Ipsen Manufacturing since 2014. Most recently we have completed Fire Safety Consultancy, Ancillary Certifier (Part B (Fire) & Part M (Universal Access) compliance) and are in the process of performing the Assigned Certifier role for an expansion project on their Blanchardstown campus.
Previous projects with Ipsen include:
Construction of new, 2 storey, 2500m2 Lyophilisation Suite.
· Obtained Granted Fire Safety Certificate from Fingal County Council
· Obtained a granted DAC, and a Dispensation of building regulations from Fingal County Council
· Ancillary Certification for Part B (Fire) & Part M (Universal Access) compliance
· Completed Assigned Certifier role, gathering and uploading all required documents to the BCMS system
· Risk Assessment for the removal of Clean Room fire extinguishers
New monitoring Kiosk at VOC Abatement Plant (17m2)
· Obtained Granted Fire Safety Certificate from Fingal County Council
· Obtained a granted DAC, and a Dispensation of building regulations from Fingal County Council
