Health and Safety Packages for Organisations

Safety Statements

Section 20 of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 requires that every business hold a Safety Statement specific to their company. The Safety Statement documents the safe working practices and policies of the business with the aim of safeguarding the health and safety of employees and all others who may be at the workplace. EOBA will review your existing Safety documents or help you prepare a new safety statement.

Risk Assessments

Section 19 of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 requires that organisations must identify all workplace hazards and assess the risks posed by these hazards. Risk assessments are conducted as part of the safety strategy to establish potential risks and where possible, implement measures to control those risks.
