EOBA were the Assigned Certifier and Fire & Disability Access Consultants for works at the Allergan Plant in Dublin 17. The works involved the installation of a new walk-on ceiling to accommodate the plant needed to service the space below; as well as the upgrade of the existing compartment wall to improve the fire resistance, and material alterations to provide clean room facilities to ground floor level
The services we provided were as follows:
· Obtained Granted Fire Safety Certificate (7 day notice) from Dublin City Council
· Obtained a granted DAC, and a Dispensation of building regulations (Part M) from Dublin City Council
· Ancillary Certification for Part B (Fire) & Part M (Universal Access) compliance
· Assigned Certifier role, gathering and uploading all required documents to the BCMS system, and issuing Certificate of Compliance on Completion.
