Guinness X Meatopia is a Three-Day Food and Beer festival hosted at the Open Gate Brewery on the grounds of the legendary St. James’ Gate. Top international chefs demonstrate cooking using outdoor grills, wood and charcoal. EOBA’s event safety team provide guidance on the design and layout of the site and also provided Safety Officers on the event days.
