EOBA were commissioned by the HSE to undertake an extensive Fire Safety Risk Assessment of Monaghan General Hospital to establish conformance or otherwise with the relevant statutory fire safety obligations and to recommend appropriate remedial actions where deemed necessary in order to satisfy those obligations. The hospital is a 3-storey building providing continuing care for medically discharged patients requiring inpatient stepdown and rehabilitation and outpatient services.
Following on from the assessment, EOBA provided consultancy services in tendering for the resulting upgrade works to the hospital.
