Nicole brings a wealth of expertise and experience to EOBA. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Safety Engineering and a Higher Certificate in Mechanical Engineering. Since 2018, she has worked in the area of Fire Safety and Disability Access, getting hands on experience and thorough training across a wide range of building types.
She has firsthand experience in building maintenance with strong adherence to health and safety. These practical elements coupled with her theoretical knowledge of the current regulations and standards, brings a diverse outlook and realistic approach and solutions to projects.
She plays a valuable role in numerous projects, specializing in the vital aspects of Fire Safety Certificates and Disability Access Certificates in construction development as well as Risk Assessments and Site Inspections in accordance with Part B and Part M.
Her proficiency extends to strong 2D skills in AutoCAD, enriching our projects with high standards and precision.
