Since joining the EOBA team, Janeir has brought experience in the construction industry, with a strong foundation in architecture, site management, and project coordination. She plays a key role in fire consultancy services, providing fire safety and accessibility solutions and supporting the preparation of Fire Safety Certificate and Disability Access Certificate applications.
Her responsibilities include producing technical reports and detailed drawings to ensure compliance with fire safety and accessibility regulations. Janeir also brings expertise in BIM workflows and construction documentation, contributing to efficient and coordinated project delivery.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism from San Andres University in La Paz, Bolivia, and a master’s degree in Construction Project Management from South East Technological University in Ireland
